I've always thought it was talking about Heaven and what we have to look forward to living with God for eternity. But you know when I look at the rest of the chapter it seems like that's maybe not it. It's more about what God has for us now. The Holy Spirit knows these things and we as believers can listen and discern what it is that God wants us to know about His love for us as well and maybe how to do things His way...? Kinda' makes me think about that saying that God gives only enough light for the step you're on. So often we want the whole picture, how it's all going to fit together in the end..but He knows we'd probably be overwhelmed with that knowledge. We just keep loving and obeying, and He's got some amazing things up His sleeve for a life abundant with Him both now and for eternity.
